Gerald Crown, a real estate professional since 1989 divides his time between Nantucket and New York City. He has been a member of The Real Estate Board of New York for 21years. His ability in marketing and matching sellers with buyers has earned accolades and an extensive real estate referral base.
Gerald also holds a Massachusetts Brokers license and is delighted to be realizing a long term ambition to also work on Nantucket where he has had a home for 19 years, an association with Atlantic East Real Estate and to be a member of The Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc.
For specific real estate situations he collaborates with broker/colleague Mary Malavase to offer their combined professional experience. Community-spirited, he had previously served for five years as a member of the Sutton Area Community (SAC) in NYC and is now a member of a special project committee for The Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum.
